Merial Chandler
Office Manager

With over 8 years of dental expertise, Merial holds an associate’s degree focused on business. She excels at managing office operations, treatment planning, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Merial loves her career because it allows her to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives while contributing to a supportive and efficient team at Summit. Outside of work, she values time spent with her husband and daughter. Merial is also a talented wedding photographer and enjoys traveling to new destinations.

Melina López
Patient Care Coordinator

Melina is Dr. López’s fourth child and is beginning her freshman year in High School in Fall 2022. She plans on attending Eastern Washington University after she completes High School. Melina’s favorite aspect of working in our dental office is the inviting spirit of our team. She also enjoys learning skills that will last a lifetime. In her free time, Melina loves to play the piano, read, and paint nature scenes. She dreams of going skydiving and visiting Greece one day.

CJ Whitfield, RDH
Dental Hygienist

CJ has been a hygienist since 2016. After graduating from EWU, she went on to earn her Masters in Dental Hygiene. She loves working with patients on their oral health. Outside of the clinical setting, CJ works as an online instructor for EWU and volunteers with the hygiene association. CJ also loves being outdoors, whether it’s kayaking, hiking, or birding.

Lin Eilmes, RDH

Lin graduated from EWU in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. As a dental hygienist with over 27 years of experience, many of her patients feel at ease while in her chair. Lin loves the dental field and is always striving to improve her patients’ health and better their quality of life. She feels she has a mission and a calling to serve people in this capacity. Lin also gained an education in Beijing, China in Oriental Medicine, Herbal Medicine Formulation, and Acupuncture. Outside of the office, Lin enjoys spending time with her grandkids and cooking authentic Chinese food.

Born and raised in Spokane, WA, Ravenne became a dental assistant in 2020. In 2023 she achieved her DAANCE certification. She enjoys being part of our team where we are all in this together, to create a better environment for our patients. She has a contagious smile that she shares with us every day! She is also a book connoisseur and loves to share about her great reads. On her free time, Ravenne enjoys spending time with her two sons.

Caitlynn is a dedicated and compassionate dental assistant who graduated from Carrington College in 2021. With a strong commitment to patient care and a genuine passion for helping others, she brings a calm, caring presence to every dental visit. Known for her attention to detail and friendly approach, Caitlynn strives to make each patient’s experience as comfortable and positive as possible. Outside of the dental office, Caitlynn loves spending quality time with her husband and their three children. She also enjoys being outdoors whether it’s camping under the stars or enjoying nature.

Inna was born and raised in Ukraine. She comes from a big, loving family, who has always been a big part of her life. She has been in the United States for a few years now, with dreams to start a new chapter in her life. Inna has a dog, who makes every day brighter and keeps her company. Inna enjoys learning new things and she works towards her goals with determination. Living far from home has taught her to be strong, independent, and thankful for every experience.
