Ravenne MacLeod, RDA
Office Manager

With over 7 years of dental expertise, Ravenne brings both experience and heart to our practice. Born and raised in Spokane, WA, she began her dental career in 2020 as a dental assistant and quickly discovered her passion for patient care and teamwork. In 2023, she achieved her DAANCE certification, further strengthening her clinical knowledge and commitment to excellence. Ravenne’s natural leadership, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail make her a valuable part of our team. She is always willing to step in where needed, help streamline processes, and ensure both patients and team members feel supported. With her contagious smile and positive attitude, Ravenne brings energy and encouragement to the office each day. As a book connoisseur, she loves sharing her latest great reads and connecting with others through stories. Outside of work, Ravenne enjoys spending quality time with her two sons, making the most of every moment together.

Melina López
Patient Care Coordinator

Melina is Dr. López’s fourth child and a high school graduate who earned her Associate of Arts degree from Spokane Falls Community College. She enjoys being part of the family practice and helping create a welcoming experience for every patient. Outside of the office, Melina loves reading, playing piano, and sewing. She is in the process of starting her own pottery business and one day hopes to travel to Greece.

CJ Whitfield, RDH
Dental Hygienist

CJ has been a dental hygienist since 2016. After graduating from Eastern Washington University, she earned her Master’s degree in Dental Hygiene, further strengthening her commitment to evidence-based care and patient education. She is passionate about partnering with patients to improve their oral and overall health, focusing on prevention, comfort, and individualized care. Outside of clinical practice, CJ is an instructor for EWU and actively volunteers with the dental hygiene association, supporting professional growth and advocacy. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, especially kayaking, hiking, and birding.

Lin Eilmes, RDH
Dental Hygienist

Lin graduated from EWU in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. As a dental hygienist with over 27 years of experience, many of her patients feel at ease while in her chair. Lin loves the dental field and is always striving to improve her patients’ health and better their quality of life. She feels she has a mission and a calling to serve people in this capacity. Lin also gained an education in Beijing, China in Oriental Medicine, Herbal Medicine Formulation, and Acupuncture. Outside of the office, Lin enjoys spending time with her grandkids and cooking authentic Chinese food.

Caitlynn Burt

Caitlynn Burt, RDA
Dental Assistant

Caitlynn is a dedicated and compassionate dental assistant who graduated from Carrington College in 2021. With a strong commitment to patient care and a genuine passion for helping others, she brings a calm, caring presence to every dental visit. Known for her attention to detail and friendly approach, Caitlynn strives to make each patient’s experience as comfortable and positive as possible. Outside of the dental office, Caitlynn loves spending quality time with her husband and their three children. She also enjoys being outdoors whether it’s camping under the stars or enjoying nature.

Erika Aune, RDA
Dental Assistant

Erika is originally from the west side of Washington and completed her RDA education there in 2025. She is passionate about continuing her education and plans to attend EFDA school to further expand her skills and provide the best care possible for our patients. She enjoys working in dentistry because she loves helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. Outside of the office, Erika enjoy snowboarding, hiking, and fishing, and she values spending quality time with friends and family.

Inna Hrabovska, RDA

Inna was born and raised in Ukraine. She comes from a big, loving family, who has always been a big part of her life. She has been in the United States for a few years now, with dreams to start a new chapter in her life. Inna has a dog, who makes every day brighter and keeps her company. Inna enjoys learning new things and she works towards her goals with determination. Living far from home has taught her to be strong, independent, and thankful for every experience.
